Ready to upload to your phone system
Choose your system in the studio and your download is prepared to suit it. Here is where the file goes once you have it.
3CX
Upload this straight into 3CX.
- Sign in to the 3CX Admin Console.
- Go to Settings, then Music On Hold (or your queue or digital receptionist prompt).
- Upload the 3CX Ready file and save.
Yeastar
Upload this straight into your Yeastar system.
- Sign in to your Yeastar PBX web interface.
- Go to Settings, then PBX, then Voice Prompts.
- Upload the Yeastar Ready file, then select it where you need it.
Grandstream
Upload this straight into your Grandstream system.
- Sign in to your Grandstream UCM web interface.
- Go to PBX Settings, then Voice Prompt, then Music On Hold or Custom Prompts.
- Upload the Grandstream Ready file and apply the change.
Other / Not sure
Works with most other phone systems. Pick this if you are not sure.
- Download the Generic Phone System file.
- Upload it wherever your system asks for a hold music or greeting file.
- If it will not accept the file, send us the MP3 and we will help you sort it out.
Every purchase also includes an MP3 you can play on any device to check it or send it around your team, plus the full-quality original in case someone ever asks for it. Downloads are unlimited.
Not sure what you have
Choose Other and it will still work
Plenty of people do not know which system is sitting in the comms cupboard, and it does not matter. Choose Other and you get a file that most systems accept, along with the MP3. If your provider manages the system for you, send them the file and they will load it. If something will not take it, email support@onholdmusic.ai and we will sort it out with you.
